Robots! – Creative Expressions Stamps by Andy Skinner

Hello, Lisa Hoel here. I'm back with another Topflight Stamps card for you! This week's theme is "Anything Goes" which is always lots of fun. I used one of the new robot stamps designed by Andy Skinner for Creative Expressions to create an anniversary card to give to my husband.

Have a Purr-fect Birthday!

It's Tuesday so you've got Kathi here to share a project with you. This week is an "Anything Goes" theme, so I decided to make a CAS birthday card with the super-cute, super-versatile Purr-fect Birthday Clear Polymer Stamp Set by Visible Image.

Here it is!

Place a piece of 4" x 5.25" light Kraft cardstock onto a stamping platform. Place a piece of low-tack tape horizontally across the cardstock panel about 1.5" from the bottom.

Position the right-facing cat stamp from the Purr-fect Birthday Clear Polymer Stamp Set by Visible Image on the top left border and the cat-in-the-box stamp from the stamp set on the tape in the center of the image panel. Ink both stamps with Nocturne VersaFine Clair Ink by Imagine Crafts/Tsukineko. Stamp the images. Re-ink and stamp again if necessary to attain a good impression.

Remove the panel from the stamping platform. Move the low-tack tape so that it covers the stamped box. Use Premier Blending Tool by Hunkydory Crafts to sponge Sand Dune VersaFine Clair Ink by Imagine Crafts/Tsukineko over the tape onto the bottom of the image panel.

Place Post-It Notes on a diagonal from the bottom edges of the box. Use a second Premier Blending Tool by Hunkydory Crafts to sponge Portabello VersaFine Clair Ink by Imagine Crafts/Tsukineko over the tape and Post-It Notes to create a shadow. Remove the tape and Post-It Notes and heat set.

Place the image panel back onto the stamping platform. Position the left-facing cat stamp from the  Purr-fect Birthday  set towards the bottom on the right border of the image panel, ink the stamp with Nocturne VersaFine Clair Ink by Imagine Crafts/Tsukineko and stamp.

Position the "Surprise!" stamp on the box on the image panel. Ink the stamp with Avocado VersaFine Clair Ink by Imagine Crafts/Tsukineko and stamp. Lightly ink the stamp with Grass Green VersaFine Clair Ink by Imagine Crafts/Tsukineko and stamp to deepen the color.

Position the "purr-fect birthday" stamp as shown and stamp with Nocturne VersaFine Clair Ink by Imagine Crafts/Tsukineko.

Remove the panel from the stamping platform and thoroughtly heat set it. Use watercolor markers to color the cat's eyes, then add highlights using a white gel pen.

Edge the image panel with a black marker, then adhere it onto a darker Kraft A2 card.

Having fun with Lavinia Sprays

Hi friends. Alanna with you today with this fun card featuring sprays from Lavinia to create my background. To get started, I created my background with watercolor paper using Periwinkle, Blue Moon, and Pinkella sprays from Lavinia.

I then took the Daisy Delight background stamp from Darkroom Door and stamped it with Versafine Claire Nocturne ink. I added on die cuts which are from the Woodland Window die set from AALL & Create. I finished off the card by adding in a stamped sentiment from the More Classic Sentiments set from Heffy Doodle.

One Last Sip of Holiday Cheer: A Festive Coffee Card with Leftover Magic

Ericka here from Strangely Creative, bringing you one last holiday coffee card to wrap up the 2024 Fall/Winter Coffee Lovers Blog Hop. If you’ve followed me for a while, you know I’m all about using those leftover scraps – they’re just too good to toss! Today’s card is the perfect example, made with bits and pieces from my stash for a cozy, festive feel.

I started with a vibrant gel press print I’d been saving and stamped on it with the PaperArtsy Scrapcosy 29 set in rich Pinecone Versafine Clair ink. The gorgeous coffee cups from the AALL & Create Coffee Time set added a warm, comforting vibe, and I gave them life with PaperArtsy Mattints in Greenstone and Shark. To bring in a holiday sparkle, I finished the card with some delicate gold die-cuts from the AALL & Create Season’s Cheer collection – just the right amount of Christmas spirit!

Thank you for stopping by today! Be sure to catch the final day of the sale, and keep sipping and crafting all season long!

Happy hopping!

Warm Winter Wishes -- With Coffee!

It's Tuesday so you've got Kathi here to share a project with you. This week the team is focusing on Christmas or Winter. Additionally, Topflight Stamps is a super-sponsor for the 2024 Fall/Winter Coffee Lovers Blog Hop and is giving away a $25 gift certificate to one participant in the blog hop. In honor of the 2024 Fall/Winter Coffee Lovers Blog Hop, products in the Coffee/Tea/Cocoa categories are on sale at the store.

Here's my second card created with the Holiday Cheers Clear Stamp Set by Jane's Doodles for Creative Expressions and the Distress Plaid 8x8 Paper Pad by Taylor Made Journals for Creative Expressions. This time I'm using the two coffee-themed stamps in the set. The arch and snowflakes are from the Winter Scenery Die Set from the Arctic Winter Collection by Studio Light. The sentiment is from the Stay Cozy Clear Stamp Set 814 and the holly stamp is from the Miss Merry Clear Stamp Set 608 -- both by Janet Klein for AALL and Create.

Use Tuxedo Black Memento Ink by Imagine Crafts/Tsukineko to stamp both festive coffee-themed stamps from the Holiday Cheers Clear Stamp Set by Jane's Doodles for Creative Expressions onto white cardstock. Fussy-cut both of them, color with Copic markers, edge with a black marker, and set them aside.

Use Tuxedo Black Memento Ink by Imagine Crafts/Tsukineko to stamp the "Warm Winter Wishes" from the Stay Cozy Clear Stamp Set 814 by Janet Klein for AALL and Create and the holly and berries from the Miss Merry Clear Stamp Set 608 by Janet Klein for AALL and Create onto cream cardstock. Use a die to cut the sentiment/holly. Color the holly leaves and berries with Copic markers. Use a white gel pen to add highlights to the holly berries. Use Pinecone VersaFine Clair Ink by Imagine Crafts/Tsukineko to edge the sentiment/holly die-cut.

Use the arch die from the Winter Scenery Die Set from the Arctic Winter Collection by Studio Light to cut brown cardstock. Position the snowflake arch die on the scalloped arch die-cut, secure the die with low-tack tape, and run it through your die-cut machine.

Trim a piece of brown plaid patterned paper from the Distress Plaid 8x8 Paper Pad by Taylor Made Journals for Creative Expressions to 4.25" x 6.25". Use Pinecone VersaFine Clair Ink by Imagine Crafts/Tsukineko to edge the cardstock.

Adhere the edged plaid paper to an A6 brown card. Adhere the snowflake arch to the plaid paper. Adhere the coffee cups and the sentiment die-cut as shown. Add white rhinestones to the centers of the snowflakes on the arch.

Need to Mass Produce Christmas Cards?

Hi friends. Alanna with you today with a pair of super quick and easy Christmas cards to share. If you find yourself in need of quick cards that are easy to mass produce and easy to mail, then these fit the bill.

They all start with the gorgeous Jingle all the Way paper from Craft Consortium. I took one of the patterns and trimmed it down and then stamped the sentiments. The large Christmas is from the Holly Jolly set from Studio Light. The smaller sentiments are from the Christmas Tree set, also from Studio Light. All of them were stamped with the Versafine Claire Acorn ink.

After my stamping was done, I adhered the panels to white A2 notecards. Now I have two more very mail friendly Christmas cards for my stash.
Find these products I used below in the Topflight Stamps store.
