Hello everyone! Betsy here today bringing you a Fall Sampler that I created using a stamp by Magenta:
I started by stamping the image onto Neenah 80b. white card stock with Memento Rich Cocoa ink. I wanted to color this with Copics and wanted the image to be a bit softer with a more Autumn feel than black.
I colored my image using a variety of markers in fall colors. I left the background on each square and the outer edges uncolored at this point.
I chose my background paper which was Photoplay Mad 4 Plaid Fall. I then chose a color for the backgrounds that looked appropriate with it and then colored in all the edges and in-between spaces with a shade that matched as closely as I could. I measured 1/8" all the way around and cut the colored panel. I then took a waterbased black brush pen and went around the cut
edge giving it definition.
I adhered all my panels together and put them onto a white 5" square card base. I added tiny gold leaf sequins and some Auburn Pearl Nuvo Crystal Drops (my favorite color!).
That completed my Fall Sampler card! It could be used for any autumn occasion.
Thanks for stopping by and checking out the card.
