Welcome to the Topflight Stamps Blog. It's Clare with you today, continuing with our hearts theme I'm sharing a wooden heart I created using some fabulous sentiment stamps, Dreams Come True, by Indigoblu.
I started by tearing up a print made on my Gelli Plate and blackening the edges with distress ink. I applied the strips to an MDF heart using matt medium glue.
I added some background stamping using red versamark ink using Indigoblu 'Tiny background' stamp set. Using some white paint I added some tiny white stencilled dots.
I went around the edges of the heart with some umber paint and smudged some onto the face. I applied the sentiment using some white tissue paper. This isn't my usual brand, it usually disappears onto the project.

With a larger dotty stencil I dabbed some gold paint around the outside edge of the heart.
