A Hello Tag

Hi again! You've got Kathi back with a second project this week. This time I've made a tag with products by AALL and Create including the Lens and Lines Clear Stamp Set 1225 by Bipasha BKTag It Yourself Die Set 27Starbolted Sentiments Die Set 70and Tagggletastic Die Set 30

Here it is!

I'd be remiss if I didn't tell you how much I love AALL and Create's Dies. Each set includes several dies which are unique, versatile, and can be mixed and matched with each other!

Tuxedo Black Memento Ink by Imagine Crafts/Tsukineko was used to stamp the phone/flower from the Lens and Lines Clear Stamp Set 1225 by Bipasha BK for AALL and Create thrice — once onto the image panel, once onto a piece of white scrap, and once onto repositionable sticker paper.

The sticker paper version was fussy-cut and placed atop its counterpart on the image panel. A ruler was placed horizontally across the image panel and grey Copic-friendly ink was brushed over the ruler and the masked image to create a grey background.

The ruler was moved to cover to top part of the the image panel and Copic-friendly tan ink was brushed over the ruler onto the base of the image panel.

The image panel was cut with one of the dies from the Tag It Yourself Die Set 27 by AALL and Create. Then the masks were removed and the image was colored with Copic markers.

The flower from the third image was fussy-cut, colored with Copic markers, edged with a black marker, and adhered atop its counterpart with thin dimensional adhesives. The image panel was trimmed and lightly edged with  Nocturne VersaFine Clair Ink by Imagine Crafts/Tsukineko.

Two other tag dies from the Tag It Yourself Die Set 27 by AALL and Create were used to cut blue and black cardstock. These were used to mat the image panel die-cut as shown. A hole punch was used to punch a hole in the top of the tag.

The "Hello" nameplate die from the Starbolted Sentiments Die Set 70 by AALL and Create was placed onto low-tack tape, pressed onto the Paradise VersaFine Clair Inkpad,  quickly taped facedown onto silver metallic cardstock, then run through the die-cut machine. This imprinted "Hello" and other details in lovely blue ink, which was then heat set and adhered to the image panel.

Black cardstock was cut with the star circle dies from the Starbolted Sentiments Die Set 70 and adhered to cover the holes on the sentiment nameplate.

Metallic silver and black cardstock were cut with circle dies from the Tagggletastic Die Set 30 by AALL and Create then layered over the hole on the top of the tag. Multiple fibers and ribbon were threaded through the hole in the tag to finish it off.
