Hello Topflight Stamps fans! Lisa Hoel here. This week our brand focus is on Visible Image which is always a fun one. They have great stamps and stencils in a variety of bold designs.
For this card I combined the stamps sets That Lovin' Feline and Birthday Wishes. The cats are watercolored and I did a blended ink background with the Collision stencil.
