Halloween Tag with Katzelkraft Stamps

Hello Stamping fans, Karen Bearse here today with a spooky Halloween Tag using Katzelkraft stamps. I love this holiday & tags are a great way to play & experiment with product.

Here is the final result. I had fun playing with Distress Spray Stain, embossing powder, & paint pens.

Here is the Halloween stamp set I got to play with, it really has some great detail & lots of potential for art journal pages, cards & project life cards. Plus hello gotta love that Batman looking bat!

I totally messed this tag up while I was making it but got a big save using Tim Holtz's new Stamp Platform

Oh no, look at my stamp fail where the washi tape resisted. To get the tutorial on this fun creepy project & how I saved my tag, using Tim Holtz's Stamp Platform, you can check out my blog here. Thanks for joining me here on Topflight Stamps & see you next week!!

Home Sweet Home

Welcome to the Topflights Stamp blog.   Steph here again showcasing another wonderful stamp from Creative Expressions.

The Home Comforts stamp set is amazing.  I love the living room panel - so many possibilities. I colored the panel with Copic Markers, then matted the panel with cardstock.

Home Sweet Home was one stamp, but I wanted the words to be separate so I stamped, then punched out each word.

To complete the card, I wrapped a pattern paper panel with twine and added it to the card with foam adhesives for dimension.  Finally, I added the colored panel and the words with foam adhesives.

Thanks for stopping by and please pop by my blog for more crafty inspiration.

See you next Tuesday.

Leaves are falling!

Well sad to say it but over here in Blighty it would seem that the end of summer is officially here!  But over here at Topflight Stamps we are celebrating the changing of seasons!

Fall, Autumn, Halloween are all looming so our theme this week is a celebration of a beautiful season when nature provides us with an abundance of earthy rich colours!

My Distress Oxides were out again along with stamps from Carabelle Studios & Creative Expressions.

There is something about leaves that I truly adore, The colours, the shape, the sounds they make whilst rustling under your feet!

Thank you for stopping by today, remember to pop back every day to see what the rest of the team have been making.

Crafty Hugs,

Clare

Creative Expressions Reason to Smile Altered Notebook

Hello my dear crafty friends and welcome to my new Mixed Media/Altered project made for Topflight Stamps shop.
This time I made an altered notebook in my beloved shabby style and used the stamp and the die from

I altered the cheap hardcover notebook that first was covered with fabric and them I added this altered, self made Mixed Media door (chipboards were arranged as the door and painted with crackle).
The I added the die cut par of the title and arranged it over the white cardstock .
The main part of a title was arranged into the negative die cut and made with 5 layers of die cut word. The top one was stamped and inked over.

This is a stamp and a die I used to make my notebook cover:
Floral smile

Smile die set

And one more close- up to the stamped and die cut title:

I hope that you like my post today and inspired with the stamp and die I used.
And if you want to see some more of my work you are welcome to my own  blog.
See you next Friday with more Topflight Stamps inspiration.
