Life is Good with Katzelkraft

  Hi Everyone,

Cornelia here today. This week it's all about Katzelkraft. No complaints from me, LOL! It's one of my favorite stamp companies. Those stamps are ALWAYS good! They never go old and are just so much fun to play with! I have used them over and over again. Can't say that for many stamp companies.....Overall a great investment when it comes to stamps.

I combined a couple of sets here. I started out with stamping the frog  and then lightly penciled in an oval where I wanted to flies to go. I drew in the strings. Then I decided to add the bigger flies. the coloring I did with alcohol ink markers. Added the sentiments with foam tape.

The stamps I used are from the following sets:

Hope you liked this - I'll be back next Wednesday with more Katzelkraft inspiration.
Thanks for visiting!
Happy Stamping!

Walk in the Forest

Hello Crafties, Mary Key here and this week is Katzelkraft along with my Team Members. I am going to use KTZ216 Meerkats and KTZ277 Mushrooms. For stamping my images I use Versafine Onyx Black ink and did some masking.

I then colored with some colored pencils and also used Lavinia Elements Sundance and Truffle for the corners of my card using Lavinia 5/8" Brush Series 7 for blending. After being done with my card, I decided to stress it by using my scissors for each sides of my card.

Here is my finished card on dark green cardstock. I had fun making this card.

Katzelkraft Journal Page

Hello crafty friends! Ericka from Strangely Creative here and today I am playing with some Katzelkraft stamps to make a journal page. I started of by applying Lavinia Elements Ink to my page with a brayer. I used Blue Atoll, Sundance, Henna, and Dark Denim

I then used the Katzelkraft Big Script stamp with Graphite Lavinia Elements Ink. I stamped the Butterfly Metamorphosis using Versafine Clair Midnight both on the background and a separate piece of paper. This allows me to fussy cut the image without worrying about cutting the antennas. I colored one of the butterflies up using the Lavinia inks and added some gold and silver Spectrum Noir pens as well. I finished my page with a sentiment from the Dreamer Sentiments set and a couple of splatters from the Lavania Acylic Sprays in Teal and Chartreuse. Thank you for stopping by and I hope you have a wonderful week!

Large Focal Images

Hi friends. Alanna here with a pair of cards featuring the beautiful Shadowed Heart stamp from AALL & Create and Tracy Evans. I love the size of this and as you can see, it takes up nearly the entirety of an A2 panel.

I stamped the Shadowed Heart image with some pink ink onto white card stock. I then trimmed my panels down and added sentiments from both the More Classic Sentiments set from Heffy Doodle.

Crafty hugs! ~ Alanna

For the background of my card I used textured watercolor paper and Lavina Elements - Confetti with Lavinia 5/8" blendng brush - Series 7 for blending the color and splattered some water. I then die cut a circle and used Versamark with black embossing powder for my image. I am using the cute piggy with watercolor brush pens.

Happy Birthday from a Crow

It's Tuesday so you've got Kathi here to share a project with you. This week is an "Anything Goes" theme so I've made a birthday card with Pink Ink DesignsRook and Roll Clear Photopolymer Stamp Set and Lavinia StampsVine Branch Clear Polymer Stamp. I also used the Frayed Frames Die Set #26 by AALL and Create and patterned paper from the Ink Drops - Midnight 6x6 Paper Pad by Craft Consortium.

Here's the card!

Create a 6"x6" card from black cardstock. Set aside.

Use Tuxedo Black Memento Ink to stamp the left-facing crow from the Rook and Roll Clear Photopolymer Stamp Set twice — once onto white cardstock and once onto repositionable sticker paper. Fussy-cut the sticker paper version and place it over its counterpart on the image panel as a mask.

Position the Vine Branch under the crow's feet. Use Tuxedo Black Memento Ink to stamp the Vine Branch twice — once onto the image panel and once onto repositionable sticker paper. Fussy-cut the sticker paper version and place it over its counterpart on the image panel as a mask.

Use Copic-friendly blue ink, a cloud edger stencil, and a brush or sponge to create a cloudy sky background behind the masked stamped images.

Lift the masks. Color the images with Copic markers. Use a green glitter pen or a paint marker to add sparkly green to the leaves. Use a purple glitter pen or a paint marker to add sparkly purple.

Use the Frayed Frames Die Set #26 to cut the image panel.

Trim a piece of black cardstock so it's slightly larger than the die-cut. Use to mat the image panel.

Use a stamping platform and Tuxedo Black Memento Ink to stamp the leaf ornament stamp from the Rook and Roll Clear Photopolymer Stamp Set. Remove the leaf ornament stamp.

Use a stamping platform and  Green Oasis VersaFine Clair Ink to stamp the "Happy Birthday" sentiment from the Rook and Roll Clear Photopolymer Stamp Set. trim the sentiment and mat with black cardstock.

Trim a piece of patterned paper from the Ink Drops - Midnight 6x6 Paper Pad to 5.875" square and edge with black marker.

Adhere the patterned paper to the reserved 6" square black card then adhere the image panel as shown. Adhere the sentiment strip to finish tge card
