Happy Halloween!

Happy Halloween everyone! This is Rachel from rwkrafts.com and I have one final Halloween card to share with you all.

I started by stamping and embossing the leaves background. I used the Crafty Individuals 'Falling Leaves' stamp and heat embossed it with Wow! 'Golden Glow' powder. I also shaded the edges of the cardstock with some brown Distress Inks.

The darling little werewolf stamp is from Polkadoodles 'Happy Howl-oween' stamp set. I also used that stamp set in this fun Halloween card from a couple weeks ago. I colored the images with Copic markers and fussy cut to add to the card.

Thanks for stopping in and have a fun and safe Halloween night!

Meowy Halloween

Greetings! You've got Kathi here today to share my last Halloween card created this year for Topflight Stamps! Yesterday, September 29th was International Cat Day and I missed it! As a certified crazy cat lady, I'm hanging my head in shame. I hope that this card makes up for my lapse as it's a cat-themed Halloween card, that was made using Lavinia Stamps' gorgeous Noof Clear Polymer Stamp with their fabulous Witch's Hat Clear Polymer Stamp. I used the Feather Leaves Stencil with Lime Punch Elements Ink to add some interest to the background. One of the sentiments from Heffy Doodle's A Purrfect Day Clear Stamp Set was used with the "Halloween" from their Classic Sentiments Clear Stamp Set.

Here it is!

I started the card by stamping the Witch's Hat Clear Polymer Stamp by Lavinia Stamps onto white cardstock and onto repositionable label paper, which was fussy-cut and placed atop its counterpart on the image panel as a mask.

Noof Clear Polymer Stamp by Lavinia Stamps was positioned and stamped below the hat.

The witch hat mask was removed and reserved for another day.

Noof and the Witch's Hat were colored with Copic markers, which were also used to add a ground beneath Noof's paws and a dotty image around the cat and the hat.

Lime Punch Elements Ink by Lavinia Stamps was randomly brushed over the Feather Leaves Stencil by Lavinia Stamps to add a bit of interest to the background around the witch cat.

The image panel was trimmed and Lime Punch Elements Ink was used to edge the top part of the image panel. When that was done, a black pen was used to edge the image panel as well.

Nocturne VersaFine Clair Ink by Tsukineko was used to ink the word "Halloween" from the Classic Sentiments Clear Stamp Set and the word "Meow y" from the A Purrfect Day Clear Stamp Set.

The ink was heat set, then the sentiment was die-cut and edged with a black pen.

Patterned paper was cut to 5" x 7", edged with Nocturne VersaFine Clair Ink, and adhered to the front panel of a black 5" x 7" card.

The image panel was adhered to the card as shown, then the sentiment die-cut was adhered to finish the card.

Creative Expressions Gingerbread

Hello friends! Ericka with Strangely Creative here and today I have a fun winter/Christmas cards using the adorable Creative Expressions Gingerbread Makes set. These large gingerbread cookies are so fun to stamp and color up and are perfect for a cute card.

I stamped the gingerbread in Versafine Clair Nocturne ink and then used my watercolor brushes to color them up. These are very large cookies but you could even use a fun wobble to make them an interactive card (which was my original plan but I had ran out ;-()

Once I was done watercoloring these up, I stamped the sentiment in the same ink and then added some glossy accents to the red icing for some shine.

Super fun and an easy image to color up and mass produce if you want for your Christmas cards.

Thank you for stopping by and I hope you have a wonderful weekend!

Wiggle and Jiggle all the Way with Paper Artsy

 Hi Everyone,

Cornelia here today. This week it's all about Christmas and Winter at the Topflight blog
I stamped the dog first and masked it. Stamped its behind again on scrap paper. Stamped the Christmas tree. Colored everything with alcohol ink markers. Cut out the double stamped dog's butt and added it with an action wobble. I made a video, but can't get it to play here....so I got rid of it, but you can see it wobble on my Instagram post. I heat embossed the sentiment and added it  - one of them with foam tape.

I hope you liked this. Thanks for visiting.
See you next week with more Topflight Stamps inspiration.

Tracy Evans Blackbird Slimline Star Cards

Hi friends!  It's Autumn Clark from SewPaperPaint with you today to share a couple of slimline neon cards.  I've been addicted to neon paint this year and decided to throw in a couple more cards before the seasons change and my colors preferences follow suit.  I made a couple of prints with my 8x10" Gel Press using neon paints to use as the base for these two cards.

For the pink card, I pressed my Versamark pad through the Smitten with Stars stencil and embossed in neon pink.  Then I embossed Tracy Evans' Flowers and Numbers in black on opposite corners, layering with some dotty washi.

For both cards I added Tracy's Blackbird stamps, focusing on the stars and layering them for dimension.  On the blue card, I also stamped the blackbird and added in the Intersecting Circles stamped in Versafine Claire in Warm Breeze.  I finished both with a sticker sentiment to make them into birthday cards.  I hope you're inspired today!  xx, Autumn

Merry Christmas from the Craft Emotions Hedgehogs!

Greetings! It's Tuesday, so you've got Kathi here today to share a project with you. This week the TFS team's theme is Winter or Christmas.

Here's my Christmas card created with both of the adorable hedgehogs from the Hedgy 4 Clear Polymer Stamp Set by Craft Emotions, a sentiment from the Holiday Sentiment Duos Clear Stamp Set by Heffy Doodle, and patterned paper from the Tartan Essential Craft Papers 6x6 Pad by Craft Consortium.

Both hedgehogs from the Hedgy 4 Clear Polymer Stamp Set by Craft Emotions were stamped onto white cardstock with black ink then colored with Copic markers. White gel pen was used to add highlights to the Christmas light bulbs.

Mustard yellow cardstock was trimmed to 5.25" x 3.5" and edged with Sahara Elements Ink by Lavinia Stamps. This panel was adhered to a 5.25" square panel of plaid patterned paper from the Tartan Essential Craft Papers 6x6 Pad by Craft ConsortiumNocturne VersaFine Clair Ink by Tsukineko was used to edge the layered background panel, which was then adhered to a 5.5" square card.

Nocturne VersaFine Clair Ink by Tsukineko was stamped onto a leftover piece of the mustard yellow cardstock, heat set, die-cut, and edged with Sahara Elements Ink by Lavinia Stamps.

The image panel and sentiment die-cut were adhered as shown. Red Rhinestones from the Festive Selection - Diamond Sparkle Gemstones by Hunkydory Crafts was used to finish the card.

Creative Expressions Doe a Deer Card

Hello everyone! This is Rachel from rwkrafts.com and today we're getting into the holiday spirit with a darling reindeer card.

I used the stamp Doe a Deer by Creative Expressions to create this card. I stamped the imagine twice on mixed media paper. On one panel, I watercolored only the deer and then fussy cut her out.

On the second panel I used Lavinia Mystical Mists as watercolors to paint the snowflakes and berries.

I then added foam strips to the reindeer and popped her up on the card panel.

I finished it off by adding white gel pen dots around the deer spots. It all came together pretty quickly and she's such a cutie! Thanks for stopping by.
