Hello, everyone! I've been loving the recent Art by Marlene products, including Studio Light Art by Marlene Whimsical Swimmers that I used in this card.

I started the card by sponging the background with Hunkydory Nautical Blue Prism Ink using one of the Hunkydory Ink Blending Tools. Umm, purple handles?  Yes, please!

I applied extra ink as I went down to create a gradation in color.

I also used the Visible Image Fibres stencil as a mask to imitate moving water. A bit of water spatter for bubbles finished off the main background.

Now the really fun part where I stamped the Studio Light Art by Marlene Whimsical Swimmers using Ranger Versafine Onyx Black onto Strathmore Smooth Bristol Cardstock and  watercolored this sassy fishy with a combination of a Zig Real Brush Pen (gray) and Canary Yellow and Red Chili Prism Inks.

At the last minute I decided to add some embossed Visible Image Creative Chaos imprints.

I also went over some of the water lines using Clear Wink of Stella.

I added a couple of whimsical Pronty A4 Lips Kisses Stencil bubbles in Red Chili Prism Ink as well as some red coral.

Once all of the background was thoroughly dry, I stamped the Aall and Create Deer sentiment in Versamark and embossed it in white. I then mounted my fishy on foam tape. Voila!
