Cornelia here today. This week our theme is anything goes. 

Looking at those cute stamps definitely makes me happy!

I discovered this cute set designed by Magda Polakow in the Topflights store. I drew some frames onto my card base and masked them on one side. Stamped the puppies and colored them with Copics. Drew the frames with fine liner pen. Cut them out and glued them onto the Kraft colored paper. Stamped the sentiment and cut it out as well and added it to the card.

That's Crafty - Baby Bear

Hi Everyone,

Cornelia here today! 

This week we are featuring That's Crafty stamps. I choose a set by Magda Polakow. She designs the sweetest stamps! And last year I was lucky enough to meet her in person in New York City! What fun!

I masked off a strip on my card base and sponged with various shades of ink. I made myself masks for the "landscape". The bear and tree stump I had stamped on a piece of scrap paper and fuzzy cut it, but I could have stamped it directly onto the card (why didn't I????). Colored with markers. I stamped the clouds and tree and treated them first with bleach and then colored them in. Added Stickles to the clouds.

Greetings, everyone! Toni here with you today with a card using the That's Crafty Magda Polakow The Mama Bear Collection set that I mentioned on my own blog a couple of days ago.

We're celebrating 2 wonderful years here at TFS with lots of prizes to be had.  In addition, I'm having an IG giveaway of an extra Mama Bear set to add to the fun!

Isn't the set cute?  I made a simple card using the baby bear and a few masked balloons, all colored with Zig markers. I love the soft colors I chose this time.

Water World

Welcome to the Topflight Stamp blog! It's Ericka here and I have a fish card today using a fun set from Magda Polakow - Water World.

For the background I used Distress Oxide Inks on photopaper. I also stamped the background images using the Distress Oxide Inks. I stamped the fish and used Sharpies to color them. I fussy cut them and then added them to the card using foam tape.

 

I added a little gel pen to the fish to give them more details. I love how fun this set it to color.

Raining Flowers

Hi everyone!  Toni here stopping by to share a whimsical interactive card. The moment I saw the That's Crafty Magda Polakow Smile 8x8 Stencil, I knew I wanted to use it as either wallpaper or rain. Guess which way I used it here?  LOL!

I did find that the stencil worked best with my beloved Clarity Stencil Brushes as some of the openings are quite small.  I love these brushes.  They allow me to achieve a soft look or really bold if I keep applying the ink.  When I used my sponge applicators I have a rather heavy hand so that's always bold.

Magda Polakow - Cute Baby Bear Hello

Hi Everyone and welcome to the Topflight Stamps blog!

It's Jenny here, and today I'm joining you with a card created using a super cute stencil and stamp set by Magda Polakow.

The stampset I'm using today is the Baby Bear and Friends set.

I'm also using the Lots of Bears 8 x 8 stencil, which is so cool, I've not seen anything like it before.

I'm also using this die set by Studio Light for my sentiment.

To create my card I first mixed some pink ink with some Glass Bead Gel (Faber Castell) and smoothed it over the Lots of Bears stencil onto thick cardstock, going about halfway up.  I then took some more of the clear gel and smoothed it up the rest of the way, to create an ombre look.  I set it aside to dry.

I stamped the baby bear, tree stump and clouds with waterproof black ink onto Bristol Smooth cardstock and used my Zig Clean Color Real Brush markers to color them in.  I then trimmed them out.  I also die cut the Hello sentiment from the Studio Light set in gold cardstock (I trimmed off the speech bubble).

When the stenciled background had dried, I adhered it to a white card base.  I then adhered the images with liquid adhesive and foam tape.  I embellished with some clear glitter Nuvo Drops and called it done!
