You big doody head - AALL&Create

Good Wednesday morning!
I have a cute and silly card for you today using AALL&Create stamps, washi tape and stencil. Check out this mixed media card!

AALL & Create - A7 - Clear Stamp Set - 677 - Janet Klein - Flower Eye

Stamp the girl on heavy cardstock with a Copic friendly ink.

After coloring, restamp the girl with versafine ink for a crisp outline.

Stamp the girl again on masking tape, cut out the image and cover the girl.

Apply three colors of distress oxide.

AALL & Create - Clear Stamp Set - #498 - A7 - Squiggles - Tracy Evans

AALL & Create - Clear Stamp Set - #458 - A6 - Hibiscus - Tracy Evans

Stamp the two stamps with either pigment ink or distress oxide. Add pieces of washi tape to break up the background. I also used white gesso to lighten the background.

Use a stencil with distress oxide for more dimension.

AALL & Create - Stencil - 6x6 - #134 - Heapza Hearts - Author de Mwa

AALL & Create - Washi Tape - #24 - Power Words - Bipasha Bk

AALL & Create - Washi Tape - #22 - Flowerdancing - Janet Klein

Life can be tough - Katzelkraft

Good Morning!!
Do you ever just see a stamp and then immediately need to make a card? Just look at this gorgeousness! I'm using a simple masking technique to create this one-layer card.
Start by stamping the girl, but don't remove the stamp from the Misti.

Add a mask over the girl and then another mask across the bottom of the page.

Apply three distress oxides to the top half of the page.

I used this Lavinia stencil sideways to show how it's blowing away as well.

Remove both masking papers and reveal the stunning white image against the colorful backdrop.
This stamp from Visible Image seemed fitting for this card.

Hope you liked today's card!!!

Come sit with me - Jane's Doodles

Happy Wednesday!!!
I have three easy cards for you today using this cute stamp set from Jane's Doodles. I imagined each scene as just a snippet of how and where the chairs would be arranged in a living room.

I used the masking technique of stamping the image on cardstock first and then stamping another image on masking paper. I then create a background using distress oxide and a stencil.

Finish the card with a sentiment on double-sided foam tape.

Here are two more cards using the same techniques.

Which one do you like most?
Thanks for stopping by!

Scatter seeds of kindness

Good Morning!!! Let's scatter some kindness around today with this fabulous goldish card!

Start by stamping this AALL&Create stamp Scatter Kindness mage with Versafine Onyx and clear heat emboss this with WOW Clear Gloss powder. Stamp an additional flower and cut out the bloom. Put this one aside.

Use a variety of Distress Oxides and colorntye the whole page

Create extra interest by using a stencil and stamping the enclosed word stamps with distress oxide.

Stamp the sentiment and clear heat emboss this as well. Cut each line out and outline them with a black marker. Use double-sided foam tape for each word and flower to create depth.

Isn't she fabulous?

I hope you have a beautiful day!

Is that banjo music ??? Paddle faster!- AALL&Create Paddle Up

Good morning!
Who doesn't like a paddle down some rushing waters while the fish attack you from all sides? I have a cute mini slimline card made with a stamp from AALL&Create today. Join me for a night kayak trip!

AALL & Create - Stencil - A4 - #121 - Smitten with Stars

Start with a base of 6.25 x 3.25 and add color with Chipped Saphire to the top. Then color two sections with Salty Ocean and the new Mariner blues. I have had these cloud dies for a while now and used them as waves instead today. Add stars with the star stencil and modeling paste to the top (this is a night trip)! Tape or glue these pieces together.

Add some shine with silver embossing powder and the accompanying wavy stamp.

I used my Brother Scan & Cut to cut the boy and the fish. Use Copic markers for color.

White heat emboss the sentiment and glue the fish.

I love how this one came out! I hope you take a look at these cool AALL&Create stamps!
