Celebrating Birthdays!

Hello! The new year is almost upon us; can you believe it? We are in a celebratory mood around here with the start of 2020 a few days away and also my husband's 50th birthday on the 4th! I made him a fun card:

I always love using Katzelkraft stamps because of their whimsical designs. I stamped and fussy cut this little robot and mounted it onto a Wobbler for some fun movement. The background is stamped with ombre ink and I embossed the sentiment so it would really pop. Hopefully he will like it!

Thanks for stopping by and have a great week! Happy New Year!!

Ombre Baby Cards

Happy Friday! Ericka here popping in with some quick cards I made using some fun Hero Arts Ombre inks and Darkroom Door stamps. For my first card I used the Hero Arts Meadow Pad.

There are so many ways to use these beautiful Ombre Inks but for these cards I decided just to swipe the pad on the paper. I love the not so perfect stripes it created and its the perfect background for this fun baby stamp.

I made a couple more cards swiping some more Hero Arts Ombre Inks. For this card I used the Light Purple to Grape Purple Pad.

I also used the Hero Arts Mermaid pad with the Darkroom Door Part of You stamp and Emerald Creek Deep Sea embossing powder. The colors are so fun to play with.

And for my last card, I simply used the stamp and inked it up with the ombre ink for a pretty clean and simple card.

For more information on how I created my cards, feel free to stop by my blog Strangely Creative.

Thanks for stopping by and I hope you have a wonderful weekend!

So Much Love!

Hello everyone!  Betsy Birge here sharing another card - this time using products from Darkroom Door and Hero Arts Ombre Ink!

I love the Ombre look I got with the Hero Arts Ombre Ink Pad in Pink to Red.  By swiping it vertically on the base panel and the stamped panel I was able to get a cohesive look.  When they were dry I die cut both panels.

I needed a bit of sparkle so I enhanced the word "LOVE" with Ink on 3's liquid pixie dust and I also added pink acrylic hearts from Honeybee Stamps and peel-offs from Love From Lizi.
