LOVE...

I first started with created this fun background with PaperArtsy: Infusion Dye Magenta and Gold Fresco Finish Acrylics. I used a heat tool to set the paint just so I could finish the card. You can let it dry by setting it aside while you stamp the image.

I used some of Paper Artsy heavy card-stock and put some PaperArtsy: Gold, Caribbean Sea and Cherry Red Fresco Finish Acrylics. After it dried I stamped this sweet floral image from the PaperArtsy: Tracy Scott 25 Rubber Cling stamp set. I hand cut around the image and used foam adhesives to give the card some dimension.

Finishing up the card with Studio Light: Celebrate, Hello, Love die set. I die cut on white card-stock and adhered to card. I also thought I need just a little more white so I added some NUVO Crystal drops.

Thank you all for stopping by.

Best of Your Life

Hi Topflight fans!  Toni here with you today sharing a soft and pretty card using some new Aall and Create products.

I started the card by sprinkling some PaperArtsy Infusions Sage onto bristol cardstock and spritzing lightly with water. I love the variations in color, don't you?  Keep in mind a little goes a looooong way.

Once dry, I stamped and colored the Aall and Create Twigs and Leaves stamp using Memento and Copics.  You can totally use Copics with bristol paper; it just takes more ink to saturate the paper for a good blending.

I offset the image so I would have plenty of room for the Katzelkraft Dreamer sentiment that I stamped in Versafine Onyx Black.

Katzelkraft - Dreamer - Sentiments - Unmounted Red Rubber Stamp Set

The card looked a bit empty to me so I sponged a bit of the Aall and Create Quadrilaterals Stencil
 onto it.

The juxtaposition of the straight lines of the stencil, the speckles of the Infusions, the soft colors and the boldness of the sentiment work so well together.  Love it!

Topflight Stamps | AALL & Create | Black Watercolor Valentine's Card

Hi Everyone, welcome to the Topflight Stamps blog.   It's Jenny here, and today I have a project featuring an 'alternative' style valentine's card, featuring the Blooming Heart stampset by AALL & Create.

It's a 'real' heart, with sketched blooms.

I wanted to keep this card simple, so I stamped the main image from the set in embossing ink and heat embossed in WOW! Primary Ebony embossing powder onto white watercolor cardstock. I then used my Boku-Undo E-Sumi watercolors (they're all different shades of black) to watercolor the image.  I also added lots of splatters for good measure!

The sentiment is also from the set, and I heat embossed it in white embossing powder on black cardstock, and trimmed it out.  I popped it up on foam tape and stamped the 'With Love' directly onto the card base in black ink.

As a finishing touch I added some touches of white gel pen for shading.

I know it's a little gory but also a bit different - not for everyone, but definitely fun !

That's Crafty Tag...

Happy Friday Topflight Stamps friends.. Annette Allen here with you today and I am sharing this fun tag that I created using: That's Crafty: Shroom Town stamp set, Studio Light: Mixed Media Brick Wall Stencil and Paperartsy Fresco Finish Chalk Acrylics: Gold, Caribbean Sea, Cherry Red and Little Black Dress.

I also used the 3x5 Gel Press to created this brick background. It is slightly there but I did a little more cover up with all this fun color. I kind of just went wild and added color here and there. I used a technique I learned in the Paperartsy class and that was to crinkle a piece of paper and dab that in the paint and add it to your background.

Do you see the gold? I added some Nuvo Gold Gliding Flakes. They are messy to work with but always look great when your done.

I love these fun Mushroom houses from the That's Crafty: Shroom Town stamp set. I was originally going to make a card but thought they would look cool on a tag and I was right. It just shows you that this stamp set can be used in so many fun ways. I cant wait to make that card.

So go wild with color and get messy.... you will love the result.

Thanks for stopping by!

Doggie Valentines

Hello Topflight fans! Ericka here with a quick Valentines Day card for any doggie lover in your life.

I used a background I had made previously using watercolor powders and added this adorable dog from Katzelfkraft. The sentiment was from Craft Emotions and is perfect for my card.

Fairy Birthday

Hello, everyone! Toni here sharing some fairy love with you today. I love the Lavinia line of fairy stamps and have been slowly building up my collection. So magical.

I started my card by stamping the Lavinia Shanty with Versafine Onyx Black. I used my MISTI so I could stamp it a couple of times to ensure a really dark image. I watercolored the image using Zigs.

Next I stamped the Lavinia Three Dancing Fairies with Versafine Onyx Black. I embossed the one in front of the window so it really stands out.

I also embossed the roofline and tendrils using clear and gold embossing powders. I threw on a bit of Clear Wink of Stella too. I just love how this turned out and may just need to make it my own birthday card--LOL.
