I stamped the Darkroom Door Glass Dome stamp onto the grey lace paper then added some shading with Elements dye ink in Confetti and Graphite. I taped a piece of vellum to the side of the paper, then stitched around the dome and filled the pocket with sequins, then stitched the base to shut up my little shaker element. I used my stamp platform to repeat stamp the Butterfly Eclectic stamp again and again in the same ink colors until I got a nice blended look. The trick is to mist with water and dab any excess ink. I then stamped the Happy Birthday sentiment strip onto a piece of lighter floral paper and cut out the top sentiment with a circle die. I finished with a Prima flower and a sari ribbon bow.

Happy Halloween from Topflight Stamps!
Happy Halloween! Lisa Hoel here! It has been awhile since I've posted here on the blog. I've been busy behind the scenes, but today I wanted to share a fun little shaker card made Topflight Stamps style! I posted it off to my nephews earlier this week and I hope it gets there in time. My crafting time keeps getting squeezed and I couldn't get it done sooner. (bother!)
I loved the fun papers in the Polkadoodles Halloween paper pad and picked out two contrasting ones to use for the card base and the shaker top. The plastic is scrap from some packaging (it pays to save it!) and I stamped on it with the Fairy Web stamp and archival ink. The shaker bits are from my extensive craft stash. I couldn't resist the super cute cat die set from Swirlcards and I think it adds the perfect focal point to the card. Some Hunkydory Diamond Sparkles add a finishing touch of bling.

Shaker card with Crafty Individuals
I made the patterned cardstock background and made the shaker with a chipboard painted frame.
The inside image was stamped with clear embossing ink and heat embossed with black embossing powder.
Then the white cardstock was colored with a mix of distress inks and covered with clear transparency as it should be with shakers.
This card looks like a framed piece of art and it is so easy to make a similar card with this gorgeous Crafty Individuals stamp that you can find in Topflight Stamps shop.
And here is a stamp I used to make this card:
Dancing Dragonflies

Thanks for reading my weekly post.
