Hi MEL PILLING here to say Happy New Year. This lovely sea turtle is by Crafty Individuals.
The background was smooshed into wet ink on my craft mat. For this I used Distress Inks. I stamped the beautiful stamp using Versafine Clair Ink in Nocturne. I shaded him and coloured fish with watercolour pens and added a few liquid pearls for dimension.
