Good morning! Lisa Hoel here and I have another 'better late than never' birthday card to share with you today. I love the whimsical Katzelkraft stamp designs and this time the cute Dragon came out to play. The background is a Gel Press print and I created the quote bubble in a graphics program and printed it out.
