Cornelia here today. This week it's anything goes on the Topflight blog. I felt like creating an under water scene - it's cooling I hope!
I first made the background with distress inks and a stencil. I stamped the fish onto scrap paper, colored them with Copics and cut them out. Added them to my background. Added the bubbles and some more fish. Couldn't decide on a sentiment, so I left it off....
